Take A Test

Not sure how you’re coping or if you need to see a psychologist? Compete this simple test commonly used as a screening tool to detect the presence of depression and anxiety in the past four weeks. This test is commonly referred to as the K10. The higher your score, the more likely you are to be experiencing depression and/or anxiety.

Your answers and results are completely confidential and we don’t store any of your information. Once you have completed the test, you will be given recommendations for follow up action you can take. You can also print your results and recommendations for your records or to give to your GP.
